Entry 59: i have a problem with an evil college roomate who i suspected of stealing my stuff, breaking my toys (computer&av equip), and accessing private files on my computer while i was away(i suspected he had a program to crack the password i had put on my pc). unfortunately, he denied everything and i had no way to prove it. x10 toys to the rescue! i set up a macro through active home for the following to happen during hours in which i am away: hawkeye detects motion in my room while i am away, this turns on my hidden scan cam and sends commands to active home which sends commands to ir commander to set my vcr to record (the vcr is preloaded with an 8hour sp tape). i also have a x-ray vision cam which monitors my computer and sends email pics of what is going on when it detects motion. within 2 days of doing this, he was busted!!! and i finally had the hard evidence to prove it. :) -- Erik Robinson
